The picture makes me feel two different ways. The center and main part of the picture (the yellow circle) gives a feeling of happiness. I feel this way because yellow is a bright, sunny color. Although, the yellow fades to a red. So, it drains out the joy and happiness, in a way, because red is not such a bright, happy color.
I think a picture can effect your mood depending on what is shown in the picture and what colors are in it. Bright colors can make you happy, some colors my make you excited and others can make you sad or angry.
